What Are The Side Effects Of Ramipril?

i have been taking 1.25mg ramipril tablets for 2 yrs after having a heart attack.they have caused a runny nose, & mild tickly cough from the outset. for the last 6 mths i have severe sinus problems & constant pain in the back of my head which is only relieved by taking 6 co-dydramol tablets a day.prescribed by my GP.? are the ramipril tablets causing this sinus & head pain ? i am female aged 59 , 5ft 1in weight 9stone
