What Are The Side Effects Of Smoking?

My friend had an ecco done the other day and told me the doctor said "look at all the smoke in your body and heart" She is scared to death (smokes 2 cigarettes a day). I am puzzled by that remark, even though my friend said she saw that it was cloudy. Does not smoke go into the lungs only?? What could the cloudiness be?

Hi.

I understand your concern .

As you know smoking is injurious to health.

Smoking contain nicotine , carbon monoxide and tar.It spreads in body by blood and mainly affect lungs.

long term smoking can lead to bronchitis , obstruction and more serious cancer.

It is better to leave it from today.

2 ciggarates per day do not cause problems at present but it will in future.

So be a part of no smoking world and get your and your family future bright.

I hhope I have answered your question .

Hope you understand and live healthy.

Thank you .
