i have pain iunder my arm on the lwft side it is in my chest and center of my back and middle of my neck it fells like a pinched nerve but i have not did anything my left arm tingles if this is heart promblems would it go on for 2 days i am a female 48 years old heart promblems do run in my family i am a smoker about cigs a day could this be something to go to the hospital for
