What Are The Side Effects Of Steroid Injections?

I am on steroid injections every 3 months for back pain for 3 years. I have strong sensitivity side affects including hot flashes, face flushing red, agitation, anger and mood swings, but also now fatigue, weight gain in trunk, striations red purple on sides and back of abdomen, difficulty even climbing stairs, days of exhaustion despite 10 hour sleep, my face has gained weight such that cherub or moon face is present. Could this be a steroid medication induced problem looking like Cushing syndrome?
