What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Plan B Pills?

I have a question, I had sex and he didn't wear a condom. I was drunk and when I realized it, i told him to stop. Just then he pulled out and climaxed. It was the day or so before I ovulate so I freaked out and took plan be about 9 hours later. I, however, threw up about an hour later. I talked to a pharmacist and she told me to take another pill but the 2 dose this time so maybe I can keep it down. Well, an hour and 45 minutes later, vomited again. I talked to the pharmacist again and she told me to get a one dose and take it a few hours later so now it's at about 13 hours later when I finally take it. A week and a half later I bled for two days. I then started bleeding about two weeks later (a week later than when my period was supposed to be). IT lasted as long as usual which was fine. Well, a month from that date, no period. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Four days later I had cramping then finally my period began again. That was 5 weeks ago. No period now and a negative test still. I don't know what to think. Can it be the plan b still messing with me or can I be pregnant? Thanks so much. I am planning on going to the doctor but want some idea of what's going on beforehand.
