What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Postinor?

Hi,my LMP was 29th Oct,2014 which means i m expecting to ovulate anywhere between the 10th n 14th of Nov.I had unprotected sex with my husband on the 13th and all the ovulation tests i have done so far say negative.is it possible that i might still ovulate and what are the side effects of taking postinor2?if i do ovulate but do not take the pill,can i stillget pregnant?

Thank you for asking the question.
You had unprotected sex around fertile period. So chances of pregnancy is highest during that period.
If you do not take any pill then there is no way to prevent implantation.
Regarding postinor, common side effects are delay period, irregular period, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness.
So if you want to start the postinor it should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex otherwise there is no effect.
So start the treatment as early as possible to prevent pregnancy.
