What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Yasminelle?

I am 25. I have been taking yasminelle for nearly a year. I have one more tablet to take this month before my seven day break. I have had symptoms like I would normally have when I have my period (in my seven day break) for the past few days and light brownish spotting for the past two days - heavier today. I am slightly worried as I normally don't get my period until 2-3 days into my seven day break. I'm concerned that this is too early. Do I need to go to my doctor?
