What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Both Losartan And Labetalol?

I am having recurring high blood pressure spikes cause unknown. I was on lisinopril which was changed to losartan. Still spikes at night only. ER doctor gave me a labetalol shot to bring it down. It works temporarily but does not stop the spikes. He is considering a kidney problem. Is there any adverse problems with taking losartan and oral labetalol

Hello,
No there is no contraindication to having both togetherly. So you can have it. You can also add tab Amlodipine 2.5 or 5 mg depending upon bp. Have low salt diet and regular exercises. Hope this helps you.
