Hi,

You should check your pulse and blood pressure during the day and when you feel dizzy. If you notice that your blood pressure is decreased or you have low heart rate during dizziness, it can be caused by medications, and you will need to see your doctor to correct the doses.
If there will be no difference of your heart rate and blood pressure, then you should look for another reason for your dizziness.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
