What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Red Yeast?

Are there the same side effects for taking red yeast rice for cholesterol . I would rather take a natural drug than Simvastin.

Drugs for cholesterol reduction are controversial and care should be taken to alter food habits.life style changes are much more effective.
