What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Sleeping Pills?

want to stop taking sleeping pills as i am only 31 and want another child, i currently take zileze 3.75mg plus 1 actifed tablet, i ve been taking sleeping pills for 3 years and have cut right back to this dose, i am fearful i will not sleep without taking something, my gp is not aware and i ve gone to various gps to get prescribtion s, i know it is wrong but i ve done it and now i have to stop ... i have no medical history and take no other meds
