What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Steroid Tablets?

Im a teenage girl and i have took steroids for my achillees. I had a reaction to the medicine and i havent took it in about 7 weeks. Now, i have many ulcers in my mouth and nausea after i eat and right abdominal pain near my ribs. what could this be?
