What Are The Side Effects Of Tanning Injections?

tanning injections are there safe or not safe..what side effects could you get from them the name of the tanning injections is Melanotan could you get skin cancer from it please help i am so tempted to try this as i can never get a coulor and the tan sprays dont work on me i am as white as milk its so embarrasing please help
