hi ,i m 28 years old ,mother of 18 months old twin babies. i m taking femilon from one year for inregular peried.now days i feel that i m very short tempered.is it becouse of the pills.i m also suffering with the vesienal infections.i want to know other side effects of this pills

Mood variation could be due to stress and tiredness from taking care of two babies, nothing to worry. Other side effects are nausea, stomach pain, headache, irregular uterine bleeding, weight gain and breast pain, but these can be controlled with dose variations.
