What Are The Side Effects Of Using 50,000 IUs Of Vitamin D2 1x?

Hi, I am a 28 year old female and not sexually active. My doctor perscribed 50,000 IUs of Vitamin D2 1x a week for 8 weeks. Today is the 4th week I have taken it. My mentrual is usually normal give or take a day or 2 and since I have started taking the D2 i am now 10 days late...could there be a link between this? Thank you for your time:)
