What Are The Side Effects Of Using Alinia?

I am taking Alinia for a stomach parasite. I see that one of the rare side effects is discolored urine. My urine has been bright yellow lately, but I have also been taking lots of vitamins, so that didn't seem strange to me. But this morning I noticed that my semen was also discolored: a pale yellow (sort of like the color of mucus when you have a cold or flu -- which incidentally I also have at the moment, if that means anything). Is this just a side effect, similar to the discolored urine (this has happened to me once before on an antibiotic)? Is it possibly some sort of STI? I am very creeped out and nervous ...
