What Are The Side Effects Of Using Cerazette Pill?

I have been on cerazette for 2 months and in the second month had a period for 2 weeks straight. Can cerazette pill cause vaginal dryness ? Since the two week period stopped I have had thrush like symptoms for two weeks... I have been tested and I am clear. The only change I can think is that it could be the pill. Thanks
