What Are The Side Effects Of Using HCG Oral Diet?

I started doing the HCG oral diet three day ago and now I have blood in my urine as if I was having an IGANeph episode. Can HCG bring on an IGA relapse? I was feeling cold and achy yesterday like I was coming down with something - could this just be a coincidence?
