What Are The Side Effects Of Using IUD?

I have been having busing pains on the sides of my breast. I noticed since Saturday that I get this tingling (almost orgasmic) feeling when I urinate, no pain, but unusual for me... I thought that I might be pregnant, but I just started my period today. I also have a IUD in place, could this be the cause for any of this??? what could this be???
