What Are The Side Effects Of Using Implanon?

Hi, I have had the Implanon for just about a year now and I have gained so much weight and cant seem to loose a single pound no matter how much I work at it. Is that normal? I also have not had a single period or and spotting at all since my last child, is that normal?
