I am taking a pre workout supplement called Jack3d. Quite strong. Had a bad incident of blackout first time drinking multiple drinks since begining taking this supplement. It is a strong stimulant, as well as providing creatine, glutamine, nitric oxide. I am 33, 210lbs, and a former reg force and now army reservist. Thank you.
