What Are The Side Effects Of Using Letrozole Tablets 2.5 Mg?

hi doctor, iam trying to conceive,I have taken letrozole tablets 2.5mg each for 5 days starting from 3 rd day of menstrual cycle,when i used the tablet i get pain on my left lower abdomin on 12th to 15th(any one day) of my mensural cycle is this normal?
