What Are The Side Effects Of Using Microgynon 30?

I take my microgynon 30 at 4pm everyday.

I took my pill at 4pm on tuesday and the next day about 8 am i had a runny poo and then at 9 am i had a very runny poo as well. I took some tablets to stop diarrhea they worked. I took next pill at 4pm on wed as it was way more than 4 hours that diarrhea happened. After that everything was back to normal. My question is as diarrhea happened such a long time after i took a pill will my protection still be working?
