What Are The Side Effects Of Using Nucynta?

Had surgery 4 days ago and for the first 2 days my face was red. No itching or burning. Was also taking Nucynta for pain so I was wondering which of these was most likely the cause for the redness. Had stopped the pain meds but would like to try it again but am a little worried....Thanks!
