What Are The Side Effects Of Using Panderm Plus?

I am using Penderm plus, two days in a week have any side effects? ,Even I have got side effects that when I not using two days in a week, my face become dark and looking like a burn skin in sunlight. So pls suggest me how I can stop using Penderm PLus without loss my fainess.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain, Panderm Plus Cream contains steroid which on long-term use causes steroid dependence and also steroid causes thinning of skin leading to inflammation and redness and stoppage of the use leads to darkening of the skin.

I would suggest you to stop using Panderm Plus cream and initially you may notice skin darkening which will gradually become normal.

For skin brightening, you can use Kojic Acid containing creams like Kojicare or Kojivit or other brand names available as it is safe for long-term use.

You can apply aloevera gel for lubrication of the face.
Vitamin E oil can be applied at night.
Wash your face 2 to 3 times a day using a mild face wash.
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a mild scrub.
Always apply a SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun.
Drink plenty of water.
