What Are The Side Effects Of Using Vitamin B-complex And Caltrate Plus?

Hello, I Hope you can help me with my problem. I already consult a doctor with this ill feeling i have and even drinking Vitamin B-complex & caltrate plus as well as pregabalin (Lyrca) which has been prescribed by the doctor and even got an X-Ray but still the Cramps In Arms, Legs & back pain still exist. And i can t sleep well with it. I m so stress so what should i do? I m 34years old now and 48pounds, 5 2 in heght
