What Are The Side Effects Of Using Allegra To Good Sense All Day?

I take syntroid 112 mg daily. Recently I switched my allergy medication from Allegra to Good Sence All Day Allergy which I ve already stoped taken 2 days ago. Since Monday I ve noticed that my lower legs are very red, lots of little red spots and tingling specially when I m standing up. What could have caused this? Should I be concerned? Please help.
