What Are The Side Effects Of Using Antidepressants?

Hello. I am a 35 yr old female with no history of any major illness. I am 5 6 and weigh approx 145 lbs. I take 150 mg of Wellbutrin SR 2x/day; I have been on antidepressants for 10 yrs for depression. Twice now, for no apparent reason, I have had a sudden unexplained burning sensation which is followed by what appears to be swelling of a vein and then light bruising in my left hand. The first time was several months ago a occurred in my palm at the base of my index finger. Today it happened while driving and occurred on the back of my hand, pinky side, approx 1 in above wrist bone prominence. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
