What Are The Side Effects Of Using Betaloc 25?

Hi doc....I am vivek bakshi...42....mumbai...I have been taking betaloc 25 since last three yrs...I have developed erectile dysfunction. ......some doctors suggest me to stop it and start telasulfan......pls guide me. And can betaloc25 cause fatigue and lack of energy?
