What Are The Side Effects Of Using Emergency Contraceptive Pills?

im 17 , had a termination in december , was bleeding for months after it got it checked out and some of the pregnancy was still there , changed my contraception pill then stopped bleeding , got an infection then it went away with antibiotics now im bleeding from my anus , with sore stomach and always very tiered , the pain can last for minuetes or hours , it sometimes gets beter after i eat something ... anyone any ideas ?
