What Are The Side Effects Of Using Progesterone Supplement During Pregnancy?

Hi'
i'm 13 weeks pregnant by IUI...i'm advised to take miprogen pessary, duphaston 10 earlier.. around 12 weeks i've started spotting... so. doc advised pause 500 & proluton depot 500 once a week.. is their any side effect on the foetus by using so very much progesteron supplement? plz suggest
