What Are The Side Effects Of Using Vaginal Infection Medicines?

Hi, i am 29 yrs old married since 5.5 yrs now. trying to conceive a baby from last 6-7 months but no luck. recently consulted a gynae, she suggested to take antibiotics for vaginal infection. after 2 days of prescribed medicines as Doxy, Zenase D, Pan40, ClingenV, I started suffering from chronic loose motions with blood, & vaginal white discharge with little bleeding so discontinued the medicines. I am very worried as the medicines must have damaged so badly in my inner part of the body. Pls suggest as to what should I do as white discharge is continuing.
