I have been a smoker for 30 years, also used smokeless tobacco for most of that time. I have given up both now for roughly 60 days through the use of a vaporizer. Wondering what opinion you have on possible side effects. Most info online is fairly sketchy and no real studies seem to have been done. Am I correct in my assumption that I have made a good decision to try and ween myself off nicotine using this method?
First i would like to congratulate you on your effort to quit smoking.Smoking is injurious to health and it has been proven to cause cancer.Vaporizer also delivers nicotine but unlike smoking cigarettes it is devoid of other cancer producing chemicals. It appears to be safer than cigarettes. How ever there is no evidence to suggest that it will help in quitting.I would suggest you to start bupropion or verinicline to get rid of smoking as it has some evidence against smoking.Kindly consult a psychiatrist for a prescription.
Hope the answer has helped you.
