What Are The Side Effects Of Walamycin For Infants?

my baby girl is 3 months and 22 days old she is suffering from loose motion and fever from last two days. now she is ok but not totally. her doctor told to feed only my milk n stop powder milk. but she is not satisfying what should i do? doctor gave him walamycin suspension 3 times 5ml in day upto 5 days? is that ok what are the side effects of this medicine . please help. thanks
