What Are The Sign And Symptoms Of Primary PTB?

my son is 7yrs old,.. the xray say that he has fibronodular densities are seen at the hilar region, the heart is not enlarged, the pulmonary vascularity is within normal limits, the rest of the visualized structures are unremarkable. IMPRESSION Primary PTB. He is a normal kid. not sick no fever no cough, very playful and have a lot of appetite. no symptoms of a sick kid. why the xray tells he has PTB? Can you hel me what is this? Thank you
