Hi welcome to HCM

Most common route of HIV transmission is promiscuous sexual contact.
Commercial sex workers are one of the dangerous reservoir of hiv virus
Initial symptoms starts only after 8-10 weeks of exposure
Most of the initial symptoms are nonspecific and usually in mimic an upper respiratory tract infection (flue like)
Unexplained significant weight loss and generalised lymphadenopathy are other features.
Get van HIV screening done
Avoid high risk behaviour in the future
All the best
consult your doctor

Thank you
