What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Haemophilia A?
Hi Dr. Rynnes, My question for you is I have a friend who has this bloodborn illness who tells me she gets pains like morning sickness but shes not pregnant she s had it for ever. It starts with the letter H I do not think it is Hemophilia but, it may be in fact that. So I am unsure She has been pretty busy lately like all of us, so I have not had time to call and ask her. So I figured I would ask you. She also throws up and it comes and goes. Now I know it may come and go but I am aware it comes and goes every so often like a month or so here and there. What do you belive she may have or can you give me a list with dieases that start with the letter H and or disoders. That may be useful to me becease I would know it if I saw it. First of all it's sad to know what your friend had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, it doesn't seem to be haemophilia at all. It can be some autoimmune disorder and may need a Rheumatologist review.
The symptoms and data of disease isn't sufficient to narrow it down to a single one.
With letter H hundreds of diseases are possible and it's not possible to diagnose based on that. Share some more information, symptoms as well as any investigation which have been done for more guidance.
