What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Ischemic Heart Disease?

I had an aortic valve replacement in 2012 as I had a bad valve. I also had high blood pressure , aortic stenosis and aortic regurgitation. Is this associated with ischemic heart disease even though I did n t have clogged arteries at the time of the valve replacement?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No, these are not suggestive of ischemic heart diseases.
Your all these findings are due to valvular heart disease.
You are having diseased aortic valve.
You got valvular replacement in 2012. Aortic stenosis, regurgitation, high blood pressure etc suggest that your aortic valve have failed once again. And for this, you may need revision surgery of aortic valve.
So better to consult cardiothoracic surgeon and get done 2d echo report to confirm the damage. Also discuss about need of surgery.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
