What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Vaginismus?

I went to urgent care for a possible lost tampon. They did a manual check and they thought they felt something. I experience vaginisimus so the speculum didn t work and she manually rechecked but didn t feel anything the second time. I am bloated and my flow has stopped, could she have pushed it farther up and changed it s position but it could still be inside?
