What Are The Signs Of FNAC Test Being Positive?

Hi doct I have a gilty in my neck on right side. My doct checked it and recommend me FNAC test for it.... Will u plz guid me about this test...and i want to know about the treatment for this if it results positive....and wat r the sign for its negative reaults... U plz ans this....what treatment i shuld use for it...

1.Your doctor wants to know the cells which are present in your neck lump.
2.And from which organ it is arising from.
3.If sample is taken it will also tells weather it is good lump are bad ( benign or malignant )
4.depending on that report it can be left alone or excised.
5.Negative results means benign lump ( No harm if not removed).
6.You don't have to do anything your doctor will help you in good direction.
