What Are The Signs Of A Miscarriage?

i think i had a miscarriage im not sure. i noticed my breasts were swollen and i had stomach pains but no period it was a week late. two days ago i vomited then excrutiating cramps, then blood with lower back pain. i'm still bleeding heavily with blood clots is this a miscarriage?
