I am 19 weeks pregnant and not really showing. I have my own fetal doppler and I listen to the heartbeat once or twice a week and it is beating. I just feel paranoid because while I have gained a bit of weight I am not looking "pregnant". Should I be worried?
No, you need not worry. My sister-in-law is quite lean and scronny looking and only started showing around her 8th month of gestation and yet gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl.
Although if you are not well nutritioned, then consulting with a nutritionist will greatly help you and your baby grow and develop on a more normal healthy way.
Best wishes.
