What Are The Signs Of Having Carpel Tunnel Syndrome In Lower Legs?

Is it possible to have "carpal tunnel" in the lower legs? I am a 58 year old male. I work for the postal service and had a walking route for about 3 years back in my late 30's. My legs would cramp and ache almost every night after walking for several hours. Now, I don't get much exercise and my lower legs still ache. I don't know if exercise would help or make the problem worse.
