Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be a sort of allergy called prurigo simplex. There may be itchy lesions and there may be some triggers like insect, dust, pollutants, some dietary particles or something else. Have consultation by Dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. He may give antihistamine, oral steroids in tapered dose and topical steroid cream after thorough examination. Avoid triggering factors.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
