What Are The Small Dark Patches In The Inner Lips Of My Baby?

Hi, i have my one month old daughter, she has dark 3-4 small patches on the inner side of lower lips. it has just appeared today also she cries little more than regular days. she did not have any other complication as per my knowledge. I am worried, Please help me. thanks in advance.
