Dear Sir, Good Morning, My name is Boopalan. My wife was pregnat now. we confirmed first by checking urine in pregnancy tester, and then went to hospital and make sure it was positive Now our doubts is What are the steps to follow after confirming that she was pregnant?

hello,welcome to hcm,congratulations first.she should start tab-folic acid 5mg once daily,take rest,sound sleep atleast 8hrs in night and 2 hrs in day time,don't lift weights,no stress or tension.take nutritious diet rich in protein and vit.If you have visited any doctor she might have told all these things.Follow that instructions.good luck.
