What Are The Sticky Bumps On The Genitals?

Hi I have noticed in the past couple of weeks that I have very small bumps on my glans and it also seems to be sticky. If I squeeze my glans when I release it the wrinkles seem to stay there due to the stickiness. Do these symptoms sound like any type of STD?

Thank you for query. These may be due to stds fungal bacterial infections. It is not clear about intercourse and partner history.please consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Use protectives like condoms if any of partners have multiple partners.
