What Are The Strings Outside The Vagina After Mirena Insertion?

I recently got the Mirena inserted about a month ago and I feel the strings outside of my vagina like a tampon string but shorter is that normal if my cervix or is the iud settling or should I worry about getting it taken out or is it falling out by Itself

Hello dear if you can feel the strings then Morena is still inside but if you can feel the threads outside vagina then either it has got displaced a little or the threads have been cut longer by your gynecologist purposely. Visit her and discuss the finding.
