What Are The Suggestions For An Escalating Cough With Throat Pain?

I hate to ask but i rarly get sick & not sure what to do. I ve had an escalating cough since Saturday. I worked outside and overnight in the cold since. I lost voice, throat on fire, hacking cough non producing and feel like hell. Should I go w Chx soup & hot tea or start thinking ER?

Hello

Please start thinking about meeting your doctor as it looks like that you are having a lung infection and which is worsening fast. YOu can try grren tea and steam inhalation but you must meet your doctor as you may need antibiotics for controlling the infection.
