What Are The Suggestions For Whelts On Thighs, Legs, Hips And Sides?

Hi my sister has these whelts (hives of various sizes/shapes) all over her thighs, legs, hips and sides. There is some pettici as well. We use the same allergy free detergent as we have for years and no change in diet ( we know her allergies). She has RA and Lupus. This has been going on for 4 days now. Any suggestions?

I suggest an oral antihistamine e.g Cetirizine tablet once a day for a few days.
